1. Operator and scope

Global POS is the platform of Olamide Olatayo Bello. These draft terms describe website, installed web app and administration use. Viewing this page does not create a recorded acceptance. Store participation, shopper checkout and automatic-payment authorizations require separate acceptance when those services are enabled.

2. Current service

The current release supports store discovery, inventory browsing, a marketplace, authorized administration, scoped integration keys and configured hosted-payment gateways. Live payments are disabled by default and require explicit operator and merchant configuration. Camera scanning and exit-verification receipts are not yet available. Installation does not enable unavailable features. Availability varies by device, connectivity, configured store and location.

3. Stores and location

Optional device location is used to suggest the nearest registered active store, which may be far away or may not be the store you intended. Check the name and address. You may choose a store manually by address. Inventory is linked to its store's address and coordinates; location suggestions are not proof that you are inside a store.

4. Accounts and authorized access

Use accurate account information, protect credentials and access only stores and tenant records you are authorized to manage. Administrators may suspend accounts, stores or tenants for security or misuse. Do not bypass permissions, interfere with availability, submit misleading inventory or extract another tenant's private data.

5. Inventory and purchases

Stores are responsible for their product descriptions, stock, prices, business details and return policies. Displayed stock can change. Browsing does not reserve goods or create an order. For a configured purchase, the identified store is the seller and must disclose the final total, fees, taxes and refund policy before payment. Review the server-confirmed amount and provider-hosted checkout before authorizing payment. Location access or installing the app does not authorize a charge.

6. Payments and additional agreements

No subscription, commission or payment is authorized by these terms alone. Hosted payments use the selected Stripe, Paystack or Flutterwave merchant integration. Payment is confirmed through server-side verification; a browser redirect is not proof of payment. Pending orders hold available stock and may require store reconciliation if payment is delayed or interrupted. Provider processing terms apply. Demo simulations create no genuine payment or purchase. Automatic payment requires a separate optional authorization. Store, shopper and automatic-payment drafts are linked on the home page.

7. Intellectual property

Global POS branding, original code and original content are claimed by Olamide Olatayo Bello to the extent rights exist under applicable law. You may use the service for its intended purpose; no ownership transfer or broad content reuse license is granted. Merchant materials, third-party components and generated assets remain subject to applicable rights and licenses.

8. Privacy and changes

Read the privacy policy for current data practices. New material data uses and transactional features require updated notices and appropriate choices before activation. Material agreement changes should use a new version and renewed acceptance where required.

9. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights, creates mandatory arbitration or selects an unverified jurisdiction. Store purchase disputes should first be raised with the identified seller. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or universal country coverage is made.

10. Contact and launch prerequisites

A public operator support email, postal contact, merchant complaint route and applicable local terms have not yet been configured. During this preview, contact your provisioning administrator for account issues and the selected store through its independently verified contact details for catalog issues. Public commercial launch requires an operational operator contact channel and country-specific review. These drafts do not claim compliance in every country.
